Lake City Tower U1 was conceived as a calm, light-filled one-bedroom home with an open social heart. The living, dining and kitchen areas are connected through clear sightlines, warm herringbone flooring and a pale architectural palette, allowing the apartment to feel open and cohesive.

Warm oak joinery brings continuity across the media wall, kitchen, storage and bedrooms, while curved forms soften the design through the dining table, kitchen peninsula, arched niches and bathroom details. Soft blue accents introduce a fresh, understated contrast. Integrated lighting, concealed storage and tailored built-ins support everyday function without creating visual clutter, resulting in a refined home that feels bright, comfortable and considered.
